They have been in business since the seventies and have real people that you can call to get advice from - they just aren't a web store someone runs from the basement of their home. They have a real woodworking and carving shop as well as a web based store. They were even involved with a project on This Old House one season. Excellent people over there and they give individual attention for large and small orders. They do business all over the USA and even a little international. They know what they are doing.
