<description>Great idea, John. There are definitely some inexpensive ways to dress up the exterior like this. I'd like to mention a great vendor in this regard - Cumberland Woodcraft (http://www.cumberland Woodcraft.com).

They have been in business since the seventies and have real people that you can call to get advice from - they just aren't a web store someone runs from the basement of their home. They have a real woodworking and carving shop as well as a web based store. They were even involved with a project on This Old House one season.

Excellent people over there and they give individual attention for large and small orders. They do business all over the USA and even a little international. They know what they are doing.

		<description>Duffy,
Thanks for your interest. It really depends on what type of investment in Carmel or Fishers that you would prefer. I spend much of my time in the field and you could opt to go commercial or residential. In residential you may decide condo, single family, multi-family, or land. I prefer cash flow on an investment and you may say that you prefer a buy and hold position without cash return prior to selling. I have a great example of some condo's for sale right now that are very reasonable sub 100K range and would potentially make great rental properties. If this is interesting to you, let me know and I'll get you more details.
